High Quality Disposable PVC Double Lumen Endotrachial Tube with Stylet for Left or Right
The Double Lumen Endotrachial Tube (also called Double-lumen endobronchial tube or DLT) is a type of endotracheal tube which is used in tracheal intubation during thoracic surgery and other medical conditions, to achieve the selective one sided ventilation of either the right or the left lung. It can be used with anesthesia ventilator or ventilator for establishing artificial airway in clinical chest operation or critical patients with single lung and simultaneous or non-simultaneous bronchial intubation in both lungs.
Main Components
Double-lumen bronchial intubation is made of PVC and stainless steel. It is composed of bronchial intubation (capsule, double-lumen catheter, inflatable tube, indicating balloon, one-way valve, joint, stylet, divided left and right), suction catheter, universal joint, Y-type three-way, etc. (two-way joint is optional). The product should be sterile.
Features
1). Applications: used for single-lung aerating (synchronization and non-synchronization) in thorax operation or gravity patients.
2). Special design of low-pressure tube and bronchial cuff can help reduce the lesion of mucosa.
3). Pilot balloon and bronchial cuff have the same color, which can help judge the position of tube.
4). Phlegm suction catheter: there are 3 catheters, 2 graduated ones help judge the exact position to suck phlegm, the left one sucks phlegm in mouth.
5). Swivel connector configuration: it connects ventilator with double-lumen bronchial be, thanks to the swivel connector, position of ventilator is flexible.
6). Specifications: Fr32, Fr35, Fr37, Fr39, Fr41 left and right
7). Low-pressure trachea jacket can minimize the damage of trachea tissue;
8). The design of blue bronchial capsule can assist the bronchoscopy to determine the position of the distal catheter;
9). The front end of the bronchial tube is slightly bent, which can improve the position of the tube in the left or right main bronchus;
10). There are opaque X-ray marks at the tip of the catheter and above the bronchial capsule to help judge the position of the catheter.

Usage
1). Carefully remove the product from the sterilization bag.
2). Firmly connect the double-lumen bronchial tube to the conical connector to avoid unexpected rupture.
3). Before use, inject air into the indicating ball valve to check whether the connecting parts of the sleeve capsule, indicating balloon and so on are leaking air.
4). When gas injection is difficult, the indicating balloon can be straightened to make it unblocked.
5). Make sure there is no air leakage and exhaust all air with a disposable syringe.
6). Insert a double lumen bronchial tube into the patient's trachea through the patient's population.
7). Use a disposable syringe without a needle to inflate the main trachea and bronchial trachea and bronchial trachea respectively through a one-way valve until the trachea expands and is fixed in the patient's trachea and bronchus.
8). Fix the double-lumen bronchial intubation joint respectively and connect it to anesthesia machine and ventilator before use.
